Who we are

Newcastle Car Key Specialists is a trading name of CC Locksmiths, a fully mobile automotive locksmith. CC Locksmiths is responsible for the personal information you provide through this website. You can contact us on 07511 539 396.

What we collect

When you send a quote request we receive the details you enter:

• Your name and phone number
• Vehicle make, model and (optionally) registration
• The service you need, your postcode and a description of the problem

How we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, give you a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.

How your enquiry is sent

When you press “Send my enquiry”, your details are checked and then sent securely by email to CC Locksmiths. This website doesn't keep a copy of your enquiry in a database. Our email delivery provider processes the message only to deliver it to us. Basic technical information, such as your internet address, is used briefly to block spam and repeated submissions.

Sharing

We don't sell your information or use it for marketing. It is shared only where needed to provide the service or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting job, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by calling us on 07511 539 396. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
